How do I return an item?

We will refund or exchange any product*† purchased in store or via www.mothercare.com in line with your statutory rights

  • For Items purchased online, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving your order by returning the goods to a Mothercare store
  • For items purchased in store since 5th November when Mothercare went into administration, we will only refund items which are faulty or misdescribed – full details of you statutory rights can be found here https://www.gov.uk/accepting-returns-and-giving-refunds

All returned goods must be accompanied by a note of your details and order number. You can print a returns slip below.

Please note any postage incurred by returning the item(s) to us will not be refunded. If you need advice before you return an item please contact us
