Returning goods purchased in an outlet store

The products for sale in our outlet store (the "Outlet Store") may be new, refurbished, damaged, seconds, ex-display or samples.

The Outlet Store offers great quality Mothercare products and brands at incredibly low prices from clothing, pushchairs, car seats, nursery furniture, highchairs, toys and much more.

We are happy to refund or exchange any product bought at an Outlet Store provided that:

  • it is returned within 30 days of purchase;
  • it is returned in its original state, unused and in its original packaging; and
  • you present valid proof of purchase.

You may only return an item bought in an Outlet Store to the Outlet Store in which it was purchased. You may not return any such item to any other Mothercare store, by post or using our online returns procedure.

Similarly, you may not return any item bought in a Mothercare store, online or through any other channel to an Outlet Store

Goods bought in our Outlet Stores are sold as seen. Please note that the manufacturer's warranty will not apply to any refurbished third party items. Mothercare's Guarantee on pushchairs and similar products does not apply to items purchased in Outlet Stores.

The following items are excluded from our Outlet Returns Policy- toiletries, underwear, swimwear, software, DVDs, food (including formula milk), Tens machines, gift vouchers, gift cards and opened mattresses and bedding. These products may only be returned in accordance with your legal rights.

If you wish to return any item that was purchased as part of a bundle, multi-buy, or other promotion, all items forming part of that promotion must be returned.

The terms and conditions above do not affect your statutory rights.
