How do I get an e-receipt?

All our UK customers are now able to get receipts as an email when they shop in our stores.

Many customers like to keep the receipt electronically so it’s easier to find in case for example they ever need to return gifts, or use Mothercare’s 2 year buggy guarantee.

When you make a purchase in a Mothercare you will be offered an option for an e-receipt. If you choose to opt-in to e-receipts then you will be sent an email with your e-receipt.

If you lose the e-receipt please call the contact centre and we can resend the e-receipt to the original email address.

You will still have the option to simply get a printed receipt as before.  

Customers purchasing online will receive an email receipt once the order has been confirmed as placed, the E-receipts service is not available for online purchases.

Please note if you have received an e-receipt this was not meant for you and are concerned as you haven’t made a purchase with us, this unfortunately was probably down to human error and the mistyping of an email address that would be like yours.
