I have only received part of my order, when will the rest be delivered?

Please note in some cases your order may be sent in more than 1 parcel. There are several reasons for this 

  • Larger 'non collatable' items (i.e. pushchairs, car seats) are sent separately to smaller 'collatable' items such as clothing. 
  • Items on pre-order can take up to 28 days to arrive (please check your order confirmation email for details about this) 
  • Mothercare Furniture items are sent via a specialist courier and you will be contacted by text by them (DX) directly to arrange delivery of this. 
  • Web Exclusive items - these are often sent directly from the supplier so these will arrive separately. These are marked on your order confirmation email as 'delivered by a separate courier' 

Please allow up to end of the last working day of the 'estimated delivery' as stated at the bottom of your order confirmation email to receive the whole of your order.

If a product from has not been delivered by the promised delivery lead time, then please contact us via the 'contact us' option at the bottom of the webpage

For all click and collect orders, please contact your chosen store directly.
