Where is the missing parcel from the consignment?

On a Standard delivery please allow up to the end of the 7th working day to receive the whole of your order. 

Please note in some cases your order may be sent in more than 1 parcel and by more than 1 courier

Website exclusive and furniture items delivery lead time may be longer so allow until the lead time quoted for the product has expired before contacting us.

If product has not been delivered by the promised delivery lead time, then please contact us via the 'contact us' option at the bottom of the webpage, otherwise please contact our customer care team on 0344 875 5222.

Deliveries are made between 7am and 9pm.

Please be aware that smaller items may be sent via Royal Mail.
