How do I return an item?

We will refund or exchange any product*† purchased in store or via www.mothercare.com in line with your statutory rights

 

*This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or misdescribed.

All returned goods must be accompanied by a note of your details and order number. You can print a returns slip below.
