I am not a member of Mothercare Photo but when I try and join the service the website says that my email address already exists?

You may have set up a PhotoBox account in the past.  It’s not possible to use the same email address to join Mothercare Photo.com if you are already a PhotoBox member.   If you would prefer for your account to be a Mothercare Photo.com  account, please contact Photobox and they can arrange this for you; all your account details including photos, creations and order history would simply transfer with you but you would need to redeem any outstanding credits on the PhotoBox website first.

Please note that any registration offers on Mothercare Photo.com are strictly for new joiners of the service.
