What are the terms and conditions for using promotional codes?
Promotional Code Terms & Conditions
1. Promotional Vouchers are valid for one transaction only.
2. Promotional Vouchers cannot be used in concessions (including Clarks) or to purchase baby milk, baby medicines, Bugaboo, Mix & Match Nursery, TP, Plum, Axi, Selwood & Saber products, 3 for 2 offers, ELC toys, gift vouchers, gift cards or within photography studios located in selected Mothercare stores.
3. Promotional Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other with any other discount, offer or voucher, including Mothercare Baby & Me Club offers, Mothercare and ELC staff cards, childcare discounts, or any other discount card or voucher.
4. Promotional Vouchers are not transferable and should not be distributed to the wider public. Vouchers should not be sold on auction sites for profit or reproduced on any website.
5. Promotional Vouchers can only be used once.
6. No cash or any other alternative can be given.
7. Promotional Vouchers apply to Mothercare.com only.
8. Promotional Vouchers excludes any charge for home delivery.
9. Mothercare reserves the right to remove or amend conditions of promotional vouchers as necessary. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
