How do I pack my return?
If you are returning any items back to us please ensure that the items are in an unused condition with the original packaging in a re-saleable condition. You can return the items using any of the methods below:
- Take the item back to any Mothercare store together with the Despatch Note.
- Send the item by post to: Mothercare Direct, Prolog Phase 5, Sherwood Park, Annesley, Nottingham, NG15 0DJ
- Please ensure that you include your despatch note with completed details on the reverse.
- Call our Customer Care Team on 08453 30 40 70 between 8am - 8pm Monday to Saturday, and 9am to 5pm Sunday to arrange for the item to be collected. Please note that you will be charged for this service unless the item is faulty.
