Do you sell Gift Cards?
Mothercare Gift Cards may be purchased in any UK Mothercare store, or via Mothercare Direct (by contacting us on 08453 30 40 30).
Validly activated cards are redeemable in full or part payment for merchandise purchased in any UK Mothercare store (excluding Concessions and Café's), but cannot be used to purchase goods on line, via Mothercare Direct (phone), or to pay a balance on a Mothercard.
Gift Card Terms & Conditions · The minimum amount required to activate the Gift Card is £1. The maximum Gift Card balance is £100 · The maximum value of top ups, including refunds credited to the Gift Card, must not exceed £1650 in any 12 month period. To exceed this limit, procedures must be undertaken to verify your identity. · We will cancel the value on any Gift Card where we fail to receive payment from your bank or credit card company. Further action will be taken where the fraudulent use of credit cards is suspected. · Transactions may not be completed, or may be subject to delay, where we suspect, or have reasonable grounds to suspect, that fraud or criminal activity is involved or where we are prohibited by any applicable law, regulation, court order or instruction or guidance of a competent regulatory authority. · In the event of 24 months of consecutive non-use, the Gift Card will expire and any balance remaining will be deducted and funds donated to charity. · Mothercare / ELC reserve the right to alter these conditions without the prior notice to the buyer. Further Terms and Conditions are printed on the reverse of the card which state: · The Mothercare / ELC Giftcard may not be exchanged for cash and no change will be given, but the balance may be applied to future purchases. · Validly activated cards are redeemable in full or part payment for merchandise purchased in any Mothercare / ELC store (excluding concessions, with the exception of ELC Shop in Shops at Mothercare), but cannot be used to purchase goods online, via Mothercare Direct, or to pay a balance on a Mothercard. · Neither Mothercare nor ELC can be held liable for cards, once activated, which are lost, stolen or damaged.
