What do I do if I receive items which are faulty?
Mothercare is dedicated to offering the highest levels of quality and service. We will be happy to refund or exchange any item(s)* that you are not completely satisfied with, as long as they are returned in an unused condition and in their original packaging, within 28 days of receipt with proof of purchase. Most items can be returned to any Mothercare store or may be sent direct to us at:

If you need advice before you return an item please ring us on 08453 30 40 70. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please note any postage incurred by returning the item(s) to us will not be refunded. All returned goods must be accompanied by a delivery note (this comes with the delivery of your goods), with completed details on the reverse.
If you purchased a 'WEB EXCLUSIVE' product Mothercare will arrange the collection free of charge. Please contact our Customer Care Team on 08453 30 40 70. We may ask you to post this back to the supplier and we will refund you any postage costs. Please obtain a proof of posting.

*excluding Dutailier chairs, toiletries, personal items such as disposable nappies, personalised items, opened mattresses, books, opened videos and software (unless faulty). This does not affect your statutory rights.
