How can I change or cancel an order?
Mothercare is dedicated to offering the highest levels of quality and service.
You may cancel your order if it has not been dispatched or within 8 working days of receipt of the goods. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by email or call our customer service team on 0844 875 5222 or write to us at Mothercare Customer Care Centre, Mothercare UK Limited, Cherry Tree Road, Watford, Hertfordshire, WD24 6HS. We will refund the cost of your order including delivery charge if the order has not been dispatched or you have informed us of the cancellation within 8 working days of receipt of the goods. You must pay for the return postage.
We are currently unable to change orders, but please contact our customer care department and we will attempt to cancel it for you on 0844 875 5222 8am - 8pm Monday to Saturdays, and 9am - 5pm Sundays, or contact us by email or write to us at:

Please note that if you cancel your MamaTENS before it is sent to you, you will receive a full refund. Once the unit has been dispatched, no refund is possible for hygiene reasons, even if the the unit is returned unused.
