I have paid my Baby Plan late and my plan's delivery date has passed. When will I get my delivery?
Your Baby plan will be sent out from our warehouse on the next working day following your final payment. You will receive your delivery on the working day following the despatch from the warehouse. If you live in an area with delivery restrictions e.g. Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands etc. the delivery will arrive on the second working day following the date of leaving the warehouse. For example, if the final payment is made on a Saturday or a Sunday, these items would leave the warehouse on the following Monday and be delivered on the Tuesday (Wednesday for NI and delivery restriction areas).
