Can I change my address in my account?

If you wish to update the address registered in your account then do the following:

  • Sign in to your account on our website
  • Click the "my account" link at the top of the page
  • Select"address book"
  • Addd, remove or amend your address

If you have already placed an order then changes made in this area will not alter the delivery details.

If the order has not been processed in our warehouse we may be able to amend or change delivery address in some circumstances. Please call our Customer Care on 0344 875 5222 to see if we can assist you.

If the order has already been processed in our warehouse then unfortunately we will not be able to change the delivery address and a delivery attempt will be made to the address on the order.

If parcel is not delivered or is refused at the door the parcel will be returned to sender.
