Can I change my delivery address?
To change your delivery address, please go to my account at the top of the page, log in, and click on 'manage address book'. This will enable you to enter your new delivery address. However, this does not affect orders currently being processed.
If you have placed an order with us and wish to change the address to which it is being sent to, please call our Customer Care Team on 0844 875 5222, from 8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday, and 10am to 4pm Sunday.
