I've placed an order on-line and it looked as though it was processed; yet I haven't received a confirmation email. Why?
I'm sorry that you haven't received your confirmation email.
There could be a number of reasons why your confirmation email hasn't reached you. If our email address is not in your address book or Safe List, it may have been classed as spam mail, meaning that it might not have appeared in your inbox.
Please check as well that that your email address has been added correctly.
It's a good idea to add customersupport@mothercare.com to your address book or Safe List to ensure this does not happen for future orders.
Usually our confirmation emails are usually sent within a few minutes of an order being placed. However, when our site is very busy, you may have to wait a little bit longer before you receive your email.
