1. Log in to our website and click on 'my account' at the top of the page. 2. Click on the link 'view recent orders'. This will show you your order history. 3. Select dates from the dropdown box to choose which orders you wish to view. 4. If you have received a dispatch of order email then please copy your tracking number and track you order on the courier's website. To track your parcel with our courier Yodel, please click here. Unfortunately, we are unable to specify a day or time for delivery. If you are not home when we attempt to deliver, the courier will leave you a calling card and you will be able to contact them directly to arrange a more convenient day for delivery. We aim to deliver standard deliveries within 4 working days between 7am and 9pm. If it is over 4 working days, then please contact us via the 'contact us' option at the bottom of the webpage, otherwise please contact our customer care team on 0844 875 5222. Please Note: Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays do not count as working days. Please be aware that some of our products are delivered directly from our suppliers - these items may take longer to be delivered than our normal delivery service. For full delivery information on each item, please refer to the product detail page. *All delivery times quoted are subject to credit / debit card authorisation We will send you a text message on the day of delivery provided we have your mobile phone number and this service is available in your area We will deliver all stocked items within 4 working days. Standard delivery is free on orders over £50, otherwise charged at £4.95
